Cancellation, refunds and delivery

A school can cancel at any time by writing to info@yatricloud.com from the owner's email address. The account keeps working until the end of the year already paid for. Before it closes, the school can download its reports.

• If a school cancels within 30 days of its first payment to us, we refund the full amount.
• After 30 days, the yearly price is not refunded, and the account works until the end of the paid year.
• If we charged the wrong amount, or charged twice, we refund the difference in full.
• Refunds go back to the account the school paid from, within 7 working days of our approval.

When a parent pays a school fee through Yatri School, the payment is for the school. The school's own fee and refund rules apply, and only the school can approve a refund. Parents should ask the school office.

• If the school approves a refund of an online payment, it goes back to the card, UPI account or bank account the parent paid from.
• Razorpay usually completes refunds within 5 to 7 working days. Banks can take a few more days to show the money.
• If a payment failed but money left the parent's account, the bank or Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
• If a fee was paid twice, the school office can see both payments and arrange the refund.

Yatri School is online software. Nothing is shipped. A school can use it as soon as the owner sets up the account. Staff and parents can use it as soon as they sign in with the login link the school sends them.

Receipts and report cards are shown on screen and can be printed or saved as PDF from the browser.

Write to info@yatricloud.com with your school's name and, for a payment, the receipt number or the payment reference.
