Collect fees on time.
Keep every parent informed.

Yatri School keeps students, attendance, exams and fee records together. Parents pay by UPI from a link you share on WhatsApp, and the receipt lands in your records without anyone typing it in.

The daily work of a school office, in one place

Each part is simple on its own. Together they save the office from copying the same details into registers, Excel and WhatsApp.

Students and admissions

Admission number, class, parents' phone numbers and documents in one record. Bring your existing list in from Excel.

Attendance

Teachers mark a class from their phone in about a minute. Parents can see it the same day.

Exams and report cards

Teachers enter marks for their own subjects. You check, publish, and print report cards with your school's name.

Fees and receipts

Set the fee once per class. Instalments, discounts and part payments are tracked, and every receipt is numbered.

Parent view

Parents sign in to see attendance, fees due, receipts and results for their own children, and pay online.

Notices

Post a notice for the whole school or one class, then share it to WhatsApp with one tap.

Made around how your school already works

We started from the registers, fee books and WhatsApp groups that schools use today, and kept the same words.

  • CBSE, ICSE and state board schools. Grades follow a scale you can change, such as A1 to E.
  • Amounts in rupees with Indian digit grouping, on screen and on printed receipts.
  • April to March academic years, with dates and times in India time.
  • RTE students can be marked, and APAAR IDs stored with each student.
  • Each school's records are kept apart. Teachers see their own classes and parents see only their children.
  • Every change to student, staff and fee records is logged with who made it and when.

Common questions

Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents open the login link on their phone and sign in through the browser. They can keep it on their home screen like any website.
How do parents pay fees online?
Payments go through Razorpay, so parents can use UPI, debit or credit cards, or net banking. Once the payment goes through, the invoice is marked paid and a receipt is created.
We still take cash and cheques. Does that work?
Yes. The office records cash, cheque, bank transfer or UPI paid to the school account, and prints a numbered receipt.
Can we bring in our current student list?
Yes. Download the spreadsheet template, fill it from your existing records, and upload it. Rows with problems are listed so you can fix them.
What happens when a teacher leaves?
Remove their login from the Staff page. Attendance and marks they entered stay in your records.
Who can see our school's data?
Only the people your school adds. The owner and admins decide who is a teacher, accountant or parent, and each role sees only what it needs.

Start with your own school's data

Create the owner account, add your classes, and invite one teacher to try attendance this week.
