How Yatri School works
The whole school year in six short parts, for everyone.
Who can do this: Anyone
1. Setting up
The owner adds the school, the academic year and classes. Subjects, period times and the fee for each class are set once a year. Students come in one by one or from Excel, each linked to a parent.
2. A school day
Teachers mark attendance on their phone in a minute; parents of absent children get an update straight away. Everyone sees the same timetable. Notices go to the whole school or one class.
3. Fees
Parents pay by UPI, card or net banking from the app, or at the counter. Every payment gets a numbered receipt without anyone typing it in. Pending fees, refunds and the Tally file are one click away.
4. Exams
Teachers enter marks for their subjects and send them for checking. The office publishes results, and families see the report card. Exams can count towards a year result.
5. Families
Parents and students have their own app in English or हिन्दी, with free phone alerts. Parents agree to a short privacy notice first and can ask for their data at any time.
6. Safety
Each school's records are kept apart. Teachers see only their classes and parents only their own children. Every important change is logged.
