Dues and reminders

See who owes what and send reminders on WhatsApp.

Who can do this: Owner, admin, accountant

Fees > Dues lists every student with pending fees, overdue first, with the total at the top. Filter by class or show only overdue.

  • Each row has a WhatsApp reminder with the amount, due date and a payment link if one exists.
  • Use Collect on a row when the parent pays at the office.
  • Download the list as a spreadsheet with the CSV button.
