The privacy notice parents agree to, and how to answer their requests.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, parents agree to how the school uses their child's information. The first time a parent signs in, the app shows a short notice and asks them to agree. The date and the notice version are kept.
Settings > Privacy shows how many parents agreed and how many want WhatsApp updates. Parents can ask for a copy of their data, a correction or deletion from their Account page. Their requests appear here: write a reply and close the request. Reply within 30 days. The parent sees your reply in the app.
