Timetable

Set the school day once, then fill each class's week.

Who can do this: Owner, admin set it up; teachers, parents and students see it

  1. 1In Settings > Periods, add each period and break in order, with start and end times.
  2. 2Open Timetable and choose a class. Pick a day, choose a subject for each period, and save.
  3. 3Sections of the same class? Use Copy this week to other classes, then change what differs.

The teacher for each period is the subject teacher you set for that class. If one teacher ends up in two classes at the same time, the Timetable page lists it under Teachers booked twice.

Teachers see their own week and today's periods on the Home screen. Parents and students see their class timetable in their app.
