Parent app access

Let parents see attendance, fees and results, and pay online.

Who can do this: Owner, admin

Open in Yatri School

  1. 1Open the student and find the parent in the Overview tab.
  2. 2Make sure the parent has an email address. Edit the parent to add one if needed.
  3. 3Choose Give app access. Send the login link on WhatsApp.
  4. 4The parent opens the link, sets a password, and sees each of their children on one screen.

A parent sees only their own children. They never see other students, staff details or school fee settings.

TipResults become visible to parents only after you publish the exam.
